چکیده

In this paper, a two-stage 0.18 μm CMOS power amplifier (PA) for ultra-wideband (UWB) 3 to 5 GHz based on common source inductive degeneration with an auxiliary is proposed. proposal, used place the 2nd harmonic in core amplified order make up gain progression phenomena at main output node. Simulation results show of 16 dB flatness 0.4 and input 1 compression about -5 dBm from using 1.8 V supply consuming 25 mW. Power added efficiency (PAE) around 47% 4 50 Ω load impedance was also observed.

A Low-Voltage, Low-Power, Two-Stage Amplifier for Switched-Capacitor Applications in 90 nm CMOS Process

Abstract- A novel low-voltage two-stage operational amplifier employing resistive biasing is presented. This amplifier implements neutralization and correction common mode stability in second stage while employs capacitive dc level shifter and coupling between two stages. The structure reduces the power consumption and increases output voltage swing. The compensation is performed by simple mill...

Multi-Objective Learning Automata for Design and Optimization a Two-Stage CMOS Operational Amplifier

In this paper, we propose an efficient approach to design optimization of analog circuits that is based on the reinforcement learning method. In this work, Multi-Objective Learning Automata (MOLA) is used to design a two-stage CMOS operational amplifier (op-amp) in 0.25μm technology. The aim is optimizing power consumption and area so as to achieve minimum Total Optimality Index (TOI), as a new...
